Our Story
CouponLines started in late 2025 with two friends who were, honestly, a little obsessed with saving money. Not in a "cutting coupons from newspapers" way—more like researching the best time to buy a TV, knowing which credit card gives 5% back at which store, and always checking for a promo code before clicking "Place Order."
Some people might find that embarrassing. We didn't. We thought it was a skill. It shows you're paying attention, that you understand how retail pricing works, that you're strategic about where your money goes. It's not about being cheap—it's about being smart.
"Paying full price when you don't have to isn't noble—it's just leaving money on the table."
It started small. Friends would text us before making a big purchase: "Hey, is there a code for Nike right now?" or "When's the best time to buy from Best Buy?" We'd share what we knew—which sales were actually good, which "deals" were marketing tricks, which codes actually worked versus the expired ones cluttering up every other coupon site.
Then one day, someone said: "You two should just make a website."
We laughed it off at first. There are already thousands of coupon sites. But the more we thought about it, the more we realized—most of them are terrible. They list hundreds of codes without testing them. They use bots to scrape deals that may or may not exist. They're designed to get clicks, not to actually help you save.
So we built something different.
Here's the thing about CouponLines: Real humans. Real shopping. Every deal is handpicked and written by us—no automation. Every coupon on our website has been hand-vetted, because no one wants to waste time with a bot that's guessing random promo codes. We know there are very few brand guides at the moment. We're a small team, and we'd rather publish 10 guides we're proud of than 500 that are half-baked.
But we promise you this: everything on this site is genuine and accurate. No waste of time. And gradually, we'll be adding more guides and stores as we grow. Quality first, always.
Every time one of us saves money on an order, we write it down. There's something exciting about it—a little rush of satisfaction when you see the discount applied. It's like solving a puzzle. And now we get to share those wins with you.
What We Believe In
Quality Over Quantity
We'd rather list 5 codes that work than 50 that don't. Every code on our site is manually verified within 24 hours. If it doesn't work, it doesn't get listed.
Real Experience, Not Scraped Data
Our guides come from actual shopping experience. When we say "the sale section restocks on Tuesdays," it's because we've tracked it ourselves.
Honest Recommendations
We'll tell you when a "deal" isn't worth it. Our job is to save you money, not to get you to click on everything.
Education Over Transaction
We want to teach you how to save, not just give you a code to copy. Our guides explain the "why" behind every strategy.

Sports & OutdoorsHome ImprovementA Note About Where We Are
We're still new. You'll notice we don't have hundreds of stores yet, and our guide library is growing but not huge. That's intentional.
Every guide on this site represents hours of actual research—shopping trips, code testing, reading the fine print that no one reads. We could publish faster if we cut corners, but then we'd just be another coupon site full of expired codes and recycled content.
So bear with us. We're adding new stores and guides every week. If there's a store you want us to cover, let us know—we read every message.
